Eric Weflen

AIA, NCAB – Director of Architecture, Principal

Eric knew he wanted to be an architect since his parents bought his first drafting board when he was 8 years old and he started creating detailed elevation drawings of structures and vehicles from the “Star Wars” movies. Today he leads RQAW’s architecture team in designing a variety of buildings in our community, and he strives to ensure that they meet every client’s budgetary, design, operational and functional goals. Eric lives in Pendleton with his wife and their four children, and he enjoys beach vacations as often as possible and an annual retreat to Clifty Falls State Park in Madison, Ind.

Success is knowing a client is excited about their completed project.
