Southpointe Village, Fishers, Indiana


RQAW was contracted as the architect, structural, and civil engineer for this low-income housing property on a 2.3-acre site. RQAW coordinated with federal tax credit agency IHCDA, building code, and the Nickel Plate District design standards. This 4-story building has interior conditioned corridors and contains 70 one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a dog washing station, bike storage, exercise room, craft room, toddler rooms, and Janus Day Services. The construction set was completed in 16 weeks.
