RQAW designed 4 units totaling 96,000 sf for this Readiness Center located in the old Fort Benjamin Harrison Army Base for the Armory for the 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. 548 soldiers were accommodated on a 28-acre site. The project contained all lockers and shower rooms, an assembly hall with a basketball court, kitchen facilities, and a tiered classroom for seating for approximately 150 people. There is private off-street parking for 335 automobiles along with military vehicle parking containing 10,950 SY of crushed stone paving. The development cost a total of $14,146,000.
