RQAW master planned this four-acre site for an initial 17,500 sf of construction and an additional 40,000 sf of flex office space to be constructed in three remaining phases. The owner wanted a contemporary design with traditional features, so RQAW blended a brick and glass exterior with traditional materials and split-faced blocks. The site location and bay sizes allowed for multiple tenant development who had easy access to a major thoroughfare and an existing waterfront.
