Location: Castleton, Indiana
Responsibilities: Masterplanning, architectural planning and design, construction administration
The four-acre site was masterplanned for an initial 17,500 square feet of construction, with an anticipated 40,000 square feet of flex office space to be constructed in three remaining phases. The bay sizes allow for multiple tenant development with exposure to a major thoroughfare or the existing waterfront. The design features an exterior of glass and brick, split-face block and an exterior insulation finish system that creates a progressive and contemporary image balanced by materials reflecting more traditional values. The design also includes flexible structural and architectural systems that allow for future, incremental expansion.
